Job Description
We are hiring experienced Waterproofing Workers (Torch Men) for construction and infrastructure projects in Qatar.
Candidates must have hands-on experience in torch-applied membrane waterproofing systems and related site work.
Responsibilities
- Apply torch-on waterproofing membranes on roofs, basements, bathrooms, foundations, and other surfaces.
- Operate gas torch equipment safely and efficiently during membrane installation.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and priming before waterproofing application.
- Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and bonding of waterproofing materials.
- Inspect completed waterproofing work for leaks, gaps, or defects.
- Follow project specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Handle waterproofing materials, tools, and equipment properly.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other construction teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Waterproofing Worker / Torch Man.
- Good knowledge of torch-applied membrane systems and waterproofing techniques.
- Ability to use gas torches and related waterproofing tools safely.
- Familiarity with construction site safety standards.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights and outdoor environments.
- Gulf experience will be an advantage.
- Immediate availability preferred.
