Role Overview
Join a marble manufacturing plant in the UAE as a Waterjet CNC Operator and Programmer.
The role is in the marble and granite manufacturing industry and requires hands-on fabrication experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Read, interpret, and modify engineering drawings and blueprints with CAD/CAM software.
- Program, set up, and operate Waterjet CNC machines for precise marble and granite cutting.
- Adjust pressure, abrasive flow rate, and cutting speed for material type and thickness.
- Monitor cutting quality and minimize material waste.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and maintain cutting heads and components.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience operating and programming Waterjet CNC machines.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, AlphaCAM, FlowMaster, IGEMS, or equivalent CAD/CAM software.
- Currently residing in the UAE is mandatory.
- Ability to read shop drawings and execute intricate marble inlay and medallion designs.
- Marble or stone industry experience is preferred.
