Water Supply Pipe Support Engineer - Sheffield

As a Water Supply Pipe Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding service to our customers by:

Supporting the repair and maintenance of water supply pipes in customers’ homes

Assisting experienced engineers on-site while developing your technical skills

Delivering a high standard of customer service at every interaction

Working safely and efficiently in a variety of outdoor environments

Contributing to a team that takes pride in doing the job right first time

This is a field-based role where no two days are the same, giving you variety and autonomy in your work.

We’re looking for motivated individuals who are ready to learn and build a career. Ideally, you’ll have:

Awareness of safe digging practices

Groundwork experience

A full UK Driving Licence (max 6 penalty points)

Strong customer service skills

Good problem-solving ability

A positive, proactive approach to your work

We’ll set you up for success from day one with a structured onboarding programme:

Week 1: Classroom-based induction Monday to Friday at our Walsall Head Office. (Where required, we’ll cover accommodation and meal allowances during your induction).

Week 2: On-the-job learning alongside an experienced HomeServe WSP engineer

Ongoing: Structured development programmes and mentoring
