Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive water hygiene tasks
- Service, maintain, and carry out minor replacement works on TMVs
- Complete temperature monitoring, flushing, and routine compliance checks
- Identify and report remedial works and compliance risks
- Maintain accurate records using logbooks and CAFM systems
- Support minor mechanical repairs linked to water systems
- Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with Health & Safety standards
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives when required
Requirements
- Experience in water hygiene, plumbing, or mechanical maintenance
- Knowledge of TMVs and water systems
- Understanding of Health & Safety requirements
- Good fault finding, communication, and record keeping skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Legionella awareness or water hygiene qualifications
- Facilities Management experience
- Experience using CAFM or PPM systems

About the Role
- Dalkia is seeking a Water Hygiene Technician with a strong focus on TMV servicing and maintenance to lead and support the delivery of compliant water hygiene services across client sites.
- The role involves planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive works, temperature monitoring, flushing, and minor remedial tasks within water systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive water hygiene tasks
