Cheqpoint Tech Trading LLC is hiring a Service Coordinator to manage the water heater after-sales service desk, including scheduling technicians, tracking jobs, and following up with customers.

- Receive and log every service request (phone, email, WhatsApp)
- Schedule and dispatch technicians, plan daily routes, confirm appointments with customers

- Collect technician reports, photos, and parts used records and check they are complete
- Send quotations and follow up on approvals and payments
- Keep customer service history up to date
- Flag unusual or out of scope cases to management
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years in coordination, dispatch, customer service, or service administration
- Strong organisation and persistent follow up skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, and basic spreadsheets
- UAE experience preferred
- Available to work 6 days per week

Role Overview
- We are hiring an organised, reliable Service Coordinator to run our water heater after sales service desk.
- This is a coordination and follow up role. Full training on our process is provided.
Responsibilities
- Receive and log every service request (phone, email, WhatsApp) as it comes in
- Schedule and dispatch technicians, plan daily routes, confirm appointments with customers
- Track each job from intake to closeout so nothing is left open
- Collect technician reports, photos, and parts used records and check they are complete
- Send quotations and follow up on approvals and payments using our fixed price list
- Keep customer service history up to date
- Flag unusual or out of scope cases to management
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years in coordination, dispatch, customer service, or service administration
- Strong organisation and persistent follow up; comfortable chasing people politely until things close
- Good spoken and written English (Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic an advantage)
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, and basic spreadsheets
- UAE experience preferred
- Available to work 6 days per week
