Join our Providence team as a Civil/Conveyance Technical Lead, you will serve as a trusted technical authority on high‑impact municipal water and wastewater projects.

You will lead the vision for moderate-complexity civil pipeline and conveyance projects from concept through delivery, setting standards for quality, constructability, and performance while collaborating closely with project managers, clients, and design teams.

This position focuses on moderate-complexity civil conveyance.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys both technical problem‑solving and hands‑on project delivery, with opportunities to grow into technical leadership and client‑facing responsibilities.

• With general supervision, plans, evaluates, and designs basic to moderate‑complexity civil pipeline and conveyance projects supporting water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure.
• Project experience may include treatment facilities, water distribution systems, sanitary and storm sewer networks, lead service line programs, pump stations, remediation sites, and related infrastructure.
• Performs engineering calculations, data analysis, and technical reporting for drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater utility projects, including resiliency initiatives, collection systems, drainage, flood management, outfalls, wetlands, stormwater management, and sewer rehabilitation.
