GBA is seeking a Wastewater Engineer Project Leader who enjoys leading engineering teams, solving complex challenges, and delivering infrastructure projects that matter.
Our Water Environment teams work with municipal clients across Texas to improve wastewater treatment systems, modernize infrastructure, and support long-term environmental stewardship.
If you enjoy both technical problem solving and project leadership, this role provides the opportunity to do both.
Lead engineering design for wastewater treatment plants and collection systems
Guide multidisciplinary project teams through complex infrastructure projects
Provide technical review and direction on engineering deliverables
Support hydraulic modeling, process evaluation, and rehabilitation design
Mentor project engineers and developing staff
Collaborate with Water Environment teams across multiple regions
You are an experienced wastewater engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges and helping teams deliver successful projects.
Bachelors degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, biological engineering, agricultural engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Multi-state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in KS, MO, NE, or TX preferred.
