Responsibilities
- Unload incoming shipments and ensure their condition
- Inspect received materials and verify them against purchase orders and invoices
- Load and prepare completed orders for dispatch according to approved procedures
- Arrange and store goods in the warehouse in a strategic and organized manner to ensure easy access
- Adhere to approved storage systems to maintain product safety and facilitate handling
- Accurately pick and assemble products according to customer or branch orders
- Prepare orders for final delivery and ensure their completeness and condition before shipping
- Assist in conducting periodic inventory counts
- Record shortages or damaged items and report them to the department concerned
