Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities:

Carryout the physical and accounting movements of direct/indirect materials relating to the receipt, storage, replenishment of departments, picking and dispatch of the (fished) product, ensuring consistency between physical and accounting stocks.

Responsible for the correctness of the inventory of materials/products managed in the warehouse.

Perform inbound material receipts, ensuring the correct location in the warehouse.

Guarantee the refurnishment of raw material, spare parts/tools to production/maintenance departments according to the transfer order and production plan.

Management of outbound process and issue of the relative documentation in accordance with local regulations.

Carry out periodic inventories to guarantee the correspondence between physical and accounting stocks in the ERP system.

Guarantee the refurbishment and availability of PPE.

Record all physical transactions into the ERP System and/or dedicated form.

Support and coordinate the trainings for the personnel under his/her responsibility.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of workshop tools.

Computer use and ERP applications.

Basic knowledge of Bill of Material.

Use of forklift.
