Warehouse & Tool Associate

Role Responsibilities

• Load, unload, inspect, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Process and prepare orders, including coordinating parts procurement and distribution.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper storage of materials.
• Complete deliveries and pickups from suppliers, customers, and job sites as required.
• Keep the warehouse, yard, and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of shop vehicles and warehouse equipment.

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a customer-focused approach.
