About the Role
REPA is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to coordinate daily warehouse activities and supervise a team of 5-10 operators in Dubai. The role involves ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient inbound, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations.

Responsibilities
- Monitor inbound, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure accuracy, productivity, and quality standards
- Supervise warehouse operators during daily operations, providing guidance, support, and on the job training
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and warehouse procedures, promoting a safe and organized working environment
- Support inventory accuracy by participating in stock counts, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies
- Monitor daily operational performance and report issues or improvement opportunities to the Head of Operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Experience coordinating or supervising a small operational team preferred
- Good understanding of inventory management, warehouse processes, and material handling activities
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode scanning systems
- Good organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize daily activities
- Knowledge of health and safety practices within a warehouse environment

- REPA Middle East will serve as a regional hub with a fulfillment center and offices in Dubai.
