Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
• Set performance expectations and monitor team performance against KPIs.
• Ensure warehouse activities meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory movements and warehouse processes.
• Promote customer-focused service and resolve operational challenges.
• Champion safety and compliance, and support audits, inspections, and quality systems.

Essential Requirements

• Previous warehouse supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
• Strong people management and coaching skills are required.
• Experience in regulated or quality-focused environments is required.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office is required.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or similar industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse performance metrics is preferred.
• Lean or Six Sigma continuous improvement experience is preferred.

Workplace and Schedule

• The role supports warehouse depot operations in Maidenhead.
• The work shift is standard.
• Travel is listed as approximately 5% of the time.
• Warehouse operations involve physical activities described as awkward, forceful, or repetitive.
