About the Role
The company is hiring an Operations and Warehouse Supervisor in Jeddah to optimize operational efficiency, manage inventory control, and drive branch performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse and branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage inventory control and conduct regular audits.
- Implement shrinkage reduction measures.
- Lead, train, and manage the operational team while monitoring KPIs.
- Support new store or dark store launches and oversee planogram execution.
- Resolve daily operational issues and maintain service standards.
Requirements
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in operations, warehouse management, retail, dark stores, or quick commerce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and operational skills.
- Good command of English.
