Responsibilities

Requirements
- Strong operational and organizational skills, including experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields
- Leadership and people management abilities, such as supervising teams, coordinating workloads, and supporting staff development
- Analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and recommend process improvements
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross functional teams and engaging with clients and partners
- Proficiency in standard office and business software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, ERP or logistics systems)
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline, are highly beneficial
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or large scale project environments in the region is an advantage
- Ability to work on site in Doha, Qatar, demonstrate reliability, and adapt to a dynamic, fast paced operational setting

Role Description
- The Assistant Manager role is a full time, on site position based in Doha, Qatar.
