How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse associates through scheduling, performance management, and training.
• Optimize warehouse layouts and processes for efficiency and space utilization.
• Control inventory through cycle counts, stock checks, and discrepancy resolution.
• Oversee truck loading and unloading, documentation, and safety protocols.
• Enforce safety policies through training and inspections.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to maintain material flow.
• Maintain accurate warehouse transactions in SAP.
• Analyze warehouse performance reports and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, guidelines, and company standards.
• Participate in implementing warehouse technologies and systems.
• Demonstrate safety and integrity in daily operations.

Your Background

• Three to five years of warehouse operations experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks and possess relevant certifications.
• Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Spoken and written English and Arabic proficiency is required.
