Warehouse Supervisor

Summary : Provide direct supervision to shipper(s), receiver(s), material handlers and driver(s).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Assure on-time shipments by monitoring orders, assigning internal resources, coordinating with other departments and working with transportation resources outside of the
• Assure accuracy of material movement transactions including receipts, shipments and inter/intraplant transfers. Identify and implement improvements that improve the accuracy of

Two-year college degree required.

Supervise 4-6 employees in the materials department.

Is responsible for overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the unit.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies.
