Job Summary

  • The Warehouse Store Keeper is responsible for the efficient management of warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, handling, and issuance of materials and inventory.
  • The role requires maintaining organized stock records, supporting procurement and sales activities through quotation preparation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support operational requirements.
  • Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to ensure record accuracy.
  • Prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and inventory obsolescence.
  • Accurately select items from inventory according to approved requisitions, sales orders, or delivery requests.
  • Pack products securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transportation or storage.
  • Verify item quantities, specifications, and documentation before dispatch.
  • Receive incoming shipments and inspect goods for quantity, quality, and potential damage.
  • Verify delivery documents against purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Issue materials, tools, equipment, and supplies to internal departments while maintaining proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams regarding incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Prepare quotations and price estimates for customers, vendors, or internal departments based on stock availability and approved pricing.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certification in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management is an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software.
  • Strong organizational, numerical, and record keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and inventory control practices.
  • Arabic speaking ability is preferred.
