RESPONSIBILITES
- Pick, pack and ship online customer orders accurately and efficiently through Shopify E-commerce platform
- Process returns and exchanges according to company procedures
- Assist with receiving, processing and transferring merchandise to satellite locations
- Ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet customer expectations
- Assist with customer service inquiries
- Work collaboratively with E-commerce Operations Manager and Retail Marketing Manager on various E-Commerce & marketing needs
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse
- Follow company policies and warehouse procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma required
- Previous warehouse, retail, or fulfillment experience is a plus; Shopify experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move packages & bins up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shifts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and scanner/device proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude

Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
This position will require attendance during race meets (Wednesday – Sunday).
