About the Role
Newmar Window Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a full-time Warehouse Receiver to handle incoming shipments, verify products, and maintain inventory accuracy. Duties include receiving, inspecting, labeling, and storing materials.

Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and verify products against purchase orders, packing slips, and delivery documentation
- Inspect incoming materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues to the Plant Manager
- Unload, label, and safely relocate materials to their designated storage locations
- Accurately enter inventory transactions into Excel spreadsheets and other company inventory systems
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records
- Locate, pick, and deliver materials to various departments to support production requirements
- Operate material handling equipment safely (training provided where applicable)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area
- Assist with loading, unloading, and general material handling as required
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record inventory information
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety
- Valid forklift certification (preferred)
- Previous warehouse, receiving, shipping, or inventory control experience (preferred)

- We are accepting applications for a full time Warehouse Receiver opportunity.
