Warehouse & Quality Associate

• Action the daily stores activities, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure efficiency and timeliness.

• Follow health and safety guidelines in the stores to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

• Follow inventory control processes to minimize loss and maximize accuracy in stock levels.

• Participate in regular audits/ stock counts.

• Ensure all quality documentation is present, accurate and stored correctly for all inbound delivery quality required product.

• Delivery of receipted product to site specific manufacturing cells for use.

• Liaise with other departments, suppliers, and transport companies to coordinate logistics and resolve any arising issues promptly.

• Loading and unloading of trucks and other delivery vehicles.

• Other duties as required.

• Previous experience with and knowledge of inventory systems (WARP, MOS/MES, SAP or equivalent)

• Strong computer and analytic skills

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to identifying data inaccuracies

• Ability to work independently on daily tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment while being adaptable to changing priorities

• Trained in operating mobile equipment, or ability to obtain certification

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate data analysis and collaborate effectively across business stakeholders

• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs on a regular, and repetitive basis

• Stand and walk for extended periods

• Frequently bend, stoop, squat, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements

• Handle products of different sizes and weights

• Work in a warehouse with varying temperatures, moving equipment, and moderate to high noise levels
