Warehouse Operations Supervisors – Dubai

Shorages is a fast-growing tech-enabled 3PL, warehousing, and fulfillment company supporting leading e-commerce and retail brands across the GCC.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for hands-on Warehouse Operations Supervisors to support and oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment operations across inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.

This is an operational leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fulfillment environment, can manage teams on the ground, solve problems quickly, and maintain high operational standards.

· Supervise day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations

· Oversee inbound receiving, putaway, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns processes

· Ensure inventory accuracy and proper warehouse organization

· Monitor team productivity, operational KPIs, and SLA performance

· Coordinate manpower allocation and shift execution

· Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, safety standards, and warehouse discipline

· Support cycle counts, stock investigations, and operational audits

· Coordinate closely with customer service, operations management, and transport teams to ensure smooth execution

· Identify operational bottlenecks and support continuous improvement initiatives

· 3+ years of warehouse / fulfillment / logistics operations experience

· Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment or 3PL operations

· UAE experience is mandatory

· Strong operational discipline and team supervision skills

· Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment

· Good understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes

· Experience using WMS systems is an advantage

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
