Role Overview
Manage end-to-end e-commerce warehouse and operations across Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF, Vendor Central, and quick-commerce platforms.
The role requires hands-on consumer electronics or mobile accessories experience, inventory expertise, dispatch capability, compliance knowledge, MIS reporting, and team management.
Warehouse and Inventory
- Manage inward and outward stock flow with complete accuracy.
- Maintain inventory records using ERP, WMS, or Excel.
- Conduct cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliations.
- Implement FIFO/LIFO inventory management practices.
E-commerce Fulfillment
- Process Vendor Central purchase orders and create ASNs, GRNs, and packing slips for timely dispatch.
- Maintain packing standards, SKU labeling accuracy, and platform-specific packaging requirements.
- Manage order processing, picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with Amazon and Flipkart warehouse teams for FBA and FBF operations.
Quick-Commerce Operations
- Allocate and replenish stock for Blinkit, Zepto, and other quick-commerce partners.
- Maintain real-time stock updates to avoid cancellations and penalties.
- Maintain fast dispatch standards required for instant delivery models.
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics providers to ensure timely stock availability and manage transportation.
Team and Reporting
- Lead and supervise the warehouse team for efficiency and productivity.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Monitor returns, replacements, and reverse logistics.
- Drive process improvements, cost reduction, and compliance across operations.
Candidate Profile
- Previous hands-on experience in the consumer electronics or mobile accessories industry is required.
- The candidate profile lists 5 or more years of e-commerce and warehouse operations experience.
- Knowledge of Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF, Vendor Central, and quick-commerce operations is listed.
- Excel, MIS reporting, ERP/WMS, team leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities are listed.
