About the Role
Day and Night Watersport is seeking a Warehouse & Operations Coordinator to manage spare parts inventory, coordinate communication between teams, and oversee servicing schedules for jet skis and jet cars.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication between mechanics, fiberglass technicians, drivers, and management
- Organize and maintain spare parts inventory and warehouse stock
- Source and purchase spare parts, tools, and operational supplies when required
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Coordinate the collection, delivery, servicing, and repair schedules of jet skis and jet cars
- Communicate with customers regarding repairs, maintenance updates, and collection arrangements
- Track and maintain service records and operational documentation
- Monitor work progress and ensure efficient workflow between departments
- Assist with logistics planning and operational scheduling
- Support the daily operations of the workshop and warehouse
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or workshop coordination
- Experience in marine, automotive, watersports, or rental operations is an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills with good English proficiency
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and spreadsheets)
- Professional attitude and customer focused mindset
