Responsibilities
- Provide phone support to branches regarding inventory and product availability
- Check warehouse stock levels and confirm availability of products
- Source products from the market when items are not available in stock
- Coordinate customer deposits and purchase arrangements for special orders
- Arrange and schedule drivers, deliveries, pickups, and transfers between locations
- Follow up on urgent branch requests and ensure timely resolution
- Handle inquiries related to pricing, discounts, and product availability
- Process and coordinate warranty claims, product exchanges, and returns
- Obtain management approvals for discounts, warranty replacements, special pricing, and exceptions
- Communicate with suppliers, branches, customers, drivers, and internal departments
- Maintain accurate records in ERP, inventory, and operational systems
- Monitor order status and provide updates to branches and management
