Key Responsibilities
- Reorganize and optimize the warehouse layout for better space utilization and workflow
- Implement clear binning, labeling, and SKU identification systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records (raw materials, finished goods, accessories, and spare parts)
- Monitor stock levels, aging inventory, and slow-moving items
- Ensure proper inward and outward movement documentation
- Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits
- Reduce inventory discrepancies, losses, and damages
- Enforce warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and cleanliness
- Supervise warehouse staff, helpers, and loaders
- Prepare inventory and warehouse reports for management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Warehouse In-Charge or Inventory Controller
- Strong background in inventory reorganization and process setup
- Experience in furniture, manufacturing, FMCG, etc
- Good understanding of FIFO, stock aging, and inventory controls
- Experience using ERP or inventory systems (Odoo, NetSuite, or similar preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work hands-on and lead by example
