Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure proper handling and storage of dry, chilled, and frozen products according to food safety standards
- Maintain optimal warehouse layout and storage conditions
- Monitor warehouse productivity and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure timely replenishment and distribution to restaurants, central kitchens, stores
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels through ERP and inventory management systems
- Implement FIFO and FEFO inventory practices
- Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly inventory audits
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and company quality requirements
- Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff
- Coordinate inbound deliveries and outbound distribution
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse performance reports

Job Overview
- Warehouse Manager Food & Beverage responsible for overseeing all warehouse and inventory operations for food, beverage, packaging, and consumable items.
- Ensures efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, stock rotation, and distribution while maintaining food safety standards.
- Supports restaurant, central kitchen, catering, and retail operations by ensuring uninterrupted product availability and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
