Warehouse Manager

5+ years of warehouse management experience

Experience in food distribution, cold storage, refrigerated/frozen products, perishable goods, grocery distribution, or a similar environment preferred

Experience leading warehouse teams of 20+ team members preferred

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory control

Experience using WMS and operational reporting systems

Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, warehouse safety, and food handling requirements

Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven warehouse environment

You're visible on the floor, you know your operation, and your team knows what success looks like. You hold people accountable while developing them, tackle problems before they become bigger ones, and continuously look for ways to make the operation safer, faster, and better.
