Responsibilities
- Lead all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, kitting, and material delivery to production
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all warehouse activities
- Hire, train, and develop warehouse personnel, including supervisors and coordinators
- Manage staffing levels and scheduling to meet operational demands
- Own inventory accuracy and implement controls to minimize discrepancies
- Establish and oversee cycle count programs and audit processes
- Oversee pick list accuracy, kitting performance, and shortage management processes
- Partner with Production, Purchasing, and Planning to align priorities and resolve constraints
- Lead warehouse readiness for ERP implementations, system changes, or scaling operations
- Define, track, and report on warehouse KPIs
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Act as the primary warehouse representative in cross functional initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Warehouse Manager or senior warehouse leadership role in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong understanding of inventory control, material flow, and warehouse operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, implement processes, and drive performance improvements
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Fishbowl, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities

Overview
- The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations while driving continuous process improvement and problem solving initiatives.
- This individual will ensure the accurate and efficient flow of materials to support production, maintain a safe and organized environment, and lead the warehouse team to meet operational goals.
- The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail oriented, and excels in developing and implementing effective solutions.
