Responsibilities
- Receive deliveries and ensure proper warehouse rotation of product
- Assist Operations Manager with daily inventory to ensure accurate counting and tracking
- Oversee operational activities in Operations Manager's absence
- Manage warehouse rotation to implement FEFO policy
- Coordinate preventive maintenance for all delivery vehicles
- Conduct monthly vehicle inspections and arrange repairs
- Monitor vehicle accidents with maintenance service provider
- Ensure nightly loading process complies with policies
- Help clean, repackage, and introduce repackaged product back into circulation
- Create a culture of safety through education and training
- Advise leadership on safety compliance and required actions
- Inspect working conditions for compliance with company and regulatory standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Warehouse Management
- Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience managing a team
- Previous forklift experience is considered an asset
- Air Brakes Endorsement is considered an asset

Role Overview

Execution

Compensation
- Base salary range CAD 63,023 CAD 69,657 per year
- Eligible for annual bonus
