We are seeking a Saudi national Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory, storage, and logistics for medical supplies and pharmaceuticals in Riyadh. The role requires experience in pharmaceutical or food warehouse management and strong leadership skills.

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of medicines and medical supplies
- Conduct periodic inventory audits to ensure record accuracy
- Ensure adherence to shipping and delivery schedules
- Store medicines according to health and environmental standards, including temperature and humidity
- Organize the warehouse for easy access and prevent clutter or damage
- Lead and guide the warehouse team including receiving, shipping, and inventory staff
- Train the team on safe and efficient work methods
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
- Coordinate with suppliers and relevant authorities to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare distribution plans and direct shipments to required destinations
- Ensure compliance with all local and international laws and regulations regarding medicines
- Manage safe disposal of expired medicines
