Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods to customer vessels
- Manage and maintain driver and loading schedules to ensure maximum efficiency
- Verify that correct items and quantities are being prepared and shipped
- Coordinate with operations team to meet delivery requirements
- Ensure warehouse layout is efficient and complies with safety and operational standards
- Train and supervise warehouse and dispatch staff
- Maintain accurate records for shipments, deliveries, and warehouse stock
- Operate and maintain warehouse software and systems
- Implement and enforce health, safety, environment and compliance protocols
Requirements
- 3 years of warehouse management experience (Required)
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- Computer literate
- Experience in dispatching goods
- Ability to commute/relocate to Dubai
- Malayalam language (Preferred)
