Warehouse Manager

Duties & Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the activities of staff including training, employee development, performance evaluation, hiring decisions, and the establishment of goals and performance objectives for assigned department Provide continual evaluation of the group’s processes and methods, to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment. Accurately oversee the receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of inventory sold to customers Review and maintain KPI’s to achieve customer satisfaction Maintain Inventory accuracy Serve as a liaison between the warehouse area and other departments responding to all needs fairly and in the most productive manner Perform other work-related tasks as assigned Comply with all NOV company and HSE policies and procedures SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Result-oriented Multitasking abilities Good time-management skills Accuracy and attention to detail Organized, structured & efficient Exercise good judgement and timely decision making ERP experience (Omega /Oracle) Able to communicate at all levels of management Ability to communicate written and orally in English About Company Corporate Our family of companies is supported by our global Corporate teams, providing expert knowledge from functions including Human Resources, Information Technology, Compliance, Finance, QHSE, Marketing and Legal centers of expertise.
