Role Overview
AVASO is hiring a Depot Manager to manage depot operations covering warehouse, logistics, and IT asset lifecycle services.
The role owns inventory accuracy, customer commitments, SLA compliance, operational excellence, audit readiness, team performance, financial control, and process improvement.
The Depot Manager serves as the primary operational contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
Position Details
- Position type: Full-Time.
- Work mode: Office.
- Location stated in the description: Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead inbound, outbound, staging, imaging, kitting, storage, reverse logistics, and disposal activities within agreed SLAs.
- Manage serialized IT assets through their lifecycle using WMS, ERP, and ServiceNow.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical audits, reconciliations, and root cause analysis.
- Develop capacity plans, manpower schedules, and workload balancing to meet customer demand.
- Monitor receiving turnaround, dispatch performance, inventory accuracy, ageing stock, and productivity KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, ITAD practices, ESD handling, health and safety, and information security requirements.
