About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations for a building materials trading company. Requires 8-10 years of warehouse experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, and expertise in ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse operations including inventory accuracy, order dispatch, and space utilization
- Set up new warehouses and implement warehouse management systems
- Manage multi site warehouse operations
- Ensure ERP transaction accuracy and timely submission of management reports
- Implement SOPs across all locations and ensure audit compliance
- Train and develop warehouse staff
- Monitor safety compliance and reduce inventory losses and damages
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of warehouse experience in building materials, hardware, construction materials, industrial products, or trading company
- At least 5 years in a Warehouse Manager or senior warehouse leadership role
- Proven experience in setting up new warehouses, central warehouses, and warehouse management systems
- Strong experience with ERP/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of building materials and inventory classification
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
- Leadership, coaching, and people management skills

Working Conditions
- Full time position based at the Central Warehouse with regular travel to all company warehouses, branch stores, and project locations.
- Responsible for overseeing approximately 50,000 sq. ft. of warehouse operations.
- May be required to work extended hours during warehouse setup projects, stock audits, inventory counts, or peak operational periods.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 5,000.00 AED 10,000.00 per month
