Role Overview
The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations for Legado dos Mentores.
This is a part-time, remote role coordinating warehouse activities with on-site staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory levels, stock movements, and order processing.
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch activities with on-site staff.
- Maintain documentation and use digital tools to monitor stock and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory status and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams.
- Address discrepancies and support continuous improvement in warehouse processes.
- Adhere to warehouse safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Skills in stock control and inventory control are required.
- Skills in inventory management and operations management are required.
- Experience coordinating or overseeing forklift operation and material-handling activities is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are required.
- Proficiency in inventory or ERP software and basic spreadsheet tools is required.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and best practices is required.
- Prior warehouse or logistics management experience is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further related education is an advantage.
