Purpose of the Job
- Manage warehouse operations to ensure continuous parts supply at the right time, place, quantity, and cost.
- Maintain an attractive, safe, and effective Central Parts Warehouse operation through close monitoring.
Major Activities
- Implement Toyota Production System processes in warehouse operations to improve productivity.
- Implement the department strategic plan and annual action plan and support budget formulation.
- Coordinate receiving, inventory monitoring, and stock taking with the Inventory Department.
- Transfer knowledge to warehouse associates and implement succession plans.
- Coordinate warehouse safety and stock security with the ESSR Department.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing on campaigns and shared activities.
- Manage workforce, vehicles, parts, documents, and other resources to match workload and job mix.
- Monitor section KPIs, set targets, and control operating costs under company policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Management, or an equivalent discipline.
- Six years of experience, including at least two years in a business managerial role.
