About the Role
uPay Payment Services LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse departments.
The role manages inventory, equipment, and warehouse activities while ensuring installations, repairs, deliveries, painting, and maintenance are completed on time.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and proactive in following up on work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations, stock, machines, equipment, tools, and spare parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and document stock movements, issues, and returns.
- Supervise staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor progress and completion.
- Ensure installations, repairs, maintenance, deliveries, collections, and other jobs are completed properly and on time.
- Check completed work and address delays, incomplete tasks, and performance issues.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, equipment use, and team discipline.
- Prepare Excel reports for the Operations Manager.
- Take ownership of daily operations and report important issues to management.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory, administration, or staff supervision.
- Ability to manage people, enforce accountability, and ensure work is completed.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to take responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks.
- UAE experience is preferred, and a UAE driving license is an advantage.
Work Location
- The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
