About the Role
Wilo Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead warehouse operations and logistics activities across the Middle East region. The role ensures inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy through effective stock management processes and regular cycle counts
- Monitor inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to minimize stock variances
- Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP systems and ensure alignment between physical and system stock
- Oversee all daily warehouse activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and organized operations
- Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, and workflow processes to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operational standards
- Manage the receipt, inspection, verification, and storage of incoming materials and products
- Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and freight partners to ensure timely deliveries
- Oversee order fulfillment, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to ensure on time customer deliveries
- Ensure shipping documentation is accurate and compliant with company and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain warehouse and logistics performance dashboards
- Monitor KPIs including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, productivity, delivery performance, and warehouse utilization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 8 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation, and logistics processes
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
- Proven leadership experience managing warehouse teams and driving performance improvements
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Qualifications and Experience
