Job Summary
The role manages day-to-day stores, warehouse, inventory, and logistics activities.
The position ensures receipt, storage, tracking, and timely movement of materials while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Relevant sector experience may include marine, engineering, oil and gas, or industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily stores and warehouse operations.
- Receive, inspect, verify, and store materials, spare parts, equipment, and tools.
- Maintain records of material receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and dispatches.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure materials are available for operational and project needs.
- Conduct physical stock verification and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, segregation, and systematic storage.
- Coordinate material issues and deliveries to project sites, vessels, workshops, and service teams.
- Coordinate material requirements with procurement, projects, service, sales, and other departments.
- Arrange transportation, courier services, deliveries, and material collections.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare delivery notes, goods receipt notes, dispatch documents, and related records.
- Update inventory and ERP systems and maintain audit and compliance documentation.
Warehouse Standards
- Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping, safety, and security of stored materials.
Supervision and Reporting
- Supervise stores and logistics staff, drivers, helpers, and other related personnel where applicable.
- Prepare regular inventory and logistics reports for management.
- Perform other stores and logistics-related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, warehouse management, business administration, or a related field is required.
- One to five years of relevant experience in stores, warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations is required.
- Marine, engineering, oil and gas, or industrial sector experience is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and logistics operations is required.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities are required.
- The candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
Compensation
- The listed pay range is AED 2,000 to AED 35,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
