Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and verify all incoming materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes and packing lists
- Coordinate Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in the ERP system
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, bin allocation and housekeeping
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable
- Ensure warehouse safety and compliance with HSE requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels
- Conduct cycle counts and monthly stock reconciliations
- Investigate stock variances and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor slow moving and obsolete inventory
- Plan daily and weekly delivery schedules to vessels and project sites
- Coordinate internal drivers and third party transport providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 5–8 years' experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory management
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems
- Forklift/HSE or logistics certifications are desirable

About the Role
- The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator manages day to day operations of the central warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatch and logistics coordination for vessels and project sites.
- The role ensures accurate inventory records, timely material availability, efficient logistics planning and compliance with company policies.
