The Warehouse Lead is second-in-command to the Warehouse Manager and is a working lead who performs warehouse tasks while directing daily operations.

Shift Leadership and Supervision
- Direct 8–12 warehouse associates across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Set daily priorities across direct-to-consumer, retail transfer, and wholesale orders and reallocate labor as volume changes.
- Serve as acting site lead and own second shift during peak periods, holidays, product drops, and collaboration launches.
- Communicate daily status, blockers, and staffing needs to the Warehouse Manager.
