Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving Assets & Inventory: Receive assets and inventory, ensuring quantities match purchase orders.
  • Record all receiving transactions accurately in the system.
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
  • Warehouse Management: Organize inventory for efficient storage and accessibility.
  • Ensure items are stored according to required conditions.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
  • Comply with safety and security procedures.
  • Issuing Assets & Inventory: Issue inventory to Operations team, fulfillment partners, retail stores, and external events.
  • Release items only against approved requests.
  • Record all issuance transactions accurately.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor minimum stock levels and notify management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to monitor inventory effectively and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong reporting, communication, and cross functional coordination skills.
