PME International General Trading is seeking a reliable Warehouse In-charge/Driver to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure safe, timely delivery of goods in Al Quoz, Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams for stock movement
- Report damaged, missing, or expired items
- Prepare and verify delivery notes, invoices, and stock records
- Monitor stock levels and inform management of reorder requirements
- Deliver goods to customers, branches, or suppliers in a timely manner
- Load and unload goods safely and securely
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, well maintained, and roadworthy
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and driving
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Honest, reliable, and detail oriented
- Light Vehicle/Driving w UAE License (preferred)

Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams for stock movement

Inventory & Documentation
- Prepare and verify delivery notes, invoices, and stock records

Driving & Delivery
- Deliver goods to customers, branches, or suppliers in a timely manner

Safety & Compliance

Qualifications & Skills
