Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented **Warehouse In‑Charge** to manage and streamline daily warehouse operations in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.
The ideal candidate will have **2–3 years of hands‑on experience** in warehouse supervision, strong knowledge of inventory control, and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely dispatch.
Responsibilities – Warehouse In‑Charge (FMCG)
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor FIFO/FEFO practices to maintain product freshness and reduce wastage.
- Supervise loading and unloading activities, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Maintain organized storage layouts and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics to support smooth material flow.
- Verify documentation such as GRNs, delivery notes, and transfer orders.
- Track inbound/outbound shipments and ensure timely dispatch.
- Monitor warehouse staff performance and allocate tasks to meet operational targets.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Report stock variances, damages, or discrepancies promptly.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Requirements & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- **2–3 years of experience** in FMCG, food manufacturing, or warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices.
- Experience using ERP systems for stock transactions.
- Ability to supervise staff and manage daily operational workflows.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced environments with tight timelines.
- Understanding of safety, hygiene, and compliance requirements in FMCG.
- Physically fit to handle warehouse activities when required.
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
