Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming deliveries
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Label, sort, and arrange inventory according to company procedures
- Perform stock counts and assist with inventory control
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (forklift operation if authorized)
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor
- Follow company safety policies and warehouse procedures at all times
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not required
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to company required weight limits)
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime when required

Overview
