About the Role
Al Tayer Insignia seeks a Warehouse & Fulfilment Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of luxury goods. The role manages eCommerce last-mile delivery, ensures customer satisfaction, and leads a team to optimize efficiency and cost.

- Manage day to day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of products
- Oversee eCommerce last mile operation for the region and ensure high level of customer satisfaction and SLA
- Implement annual plan for warehouse & Last mile and manage associated budget
- Establish and continuously review workflows and job responsibilities to ensure efficient operations
- Manage warehouse efficiency, product tracking, route analysis and re routing
- Manage disposal of expired and obsolete goods
- Direct, optimize & coordinate full order cycle to fulfilment
- Collaborate with buying, Merchandising, Retail, digital & other teams
- Manage strategic, commercial, and operational relationship with third party logistics partners
- Monitor guidelines implementation for delivery time commitments & ensure timely executions
- Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance
- Maintain HSE practices in the working environment
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in logistics/Supply chain disciplines or equivalent experience
- 6 8 years of experience in warehousing & distribution with knowledge of retail/ perfumes and cosmetics and the local market
- Financial acumen with ability to manage budgets
- Good knowledge in WMS and Last mile delivery system
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills

Job Purpose
- Manage day to day operation of the warehouse from receiving to efficient transportation and distribution.
- Provide high level of customer satisfaction and oversee country operation for efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch.
- Owner of full cycle from warehousing to Customer/Store order fulfilment and last mile experience for the brands.

Strategic Roles and Responsibilities
- Support in developing country specific strategies for business growth.
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement annual plan for warehouse & Last mile and manage associated budget.
- Implement work processes and flows to ensure appropriate policies and procedures are followed.
- Establish and continuously review departments workflows and job responsibilities.
- Manage warehouse efficiency, accountable for product tracking, route analysis and re routing recommendation.
- Manage disposal of expired and obsolete goods.
- Direct, Optimize & coordinate full order cycle to fulfilment.
- Collaborate closely with buying, Merchandising, Retail, digital & Other teams.
- Manage strategic, commercial, and operational relationship with third party logistics partners.
- Develop and implement processes to optimize customer experience.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery time, transportation cost & efficiency.
- Ensure timeliness & integrity of all inventory transactions.
- Identify logistics, warehouse & transit time improvement opportunities.
People Management Roles and Responsibilities
- Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work.
- Work closely with Talent acquisition to give direction on skills and experience required.
- Ensure new recruits are supported to complete probation successfully.
- Ensure performances are reviewed regularly and activities are conducted for continual development.
- Regularly communicate to the team on operational performance and brief on upcoming events.
- Support management of employee engagement issues and disciplinary matters.
- Create a positive work environment that results in low attrition and sickness absence.
- Utilize Company's reward structures and employee recognition schemes.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma, preferably in logistics/Supply chain disciplines from a recognized academic institution.
- 6 8 years of experience in warehousing & distribution with knowledge of retail/ perfumes and cosmetics and the local market.
- Financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and preferably good knowledge in WMS and Last mile delivery system.
