Warehouse Data Entry Operator – SCM

• Ensuring all data is entered into inward and outward stock correctly and without errors to maintain inventory accuracy and order fulfillment efficiency.
• Accurately inputting inventory information, including stock levels and transaction details, into warehouse software like (ERP System).
• Monitor and support shop-floor activities including physical counting, verification, unloading, putaway, kitting, picking, and line feeding.
• Prepare daily operational reports, track performance, and drive mitigation actions for process failures.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and implementation of 5S practices.
• Update system records, stock reports, and maintain accuracy
• Generate daily/weekly reports as required
• Coordinate with warehouse team for timely data updates
• Monitor system errors and report issues to the supervisor
• Assist in basic documentation and filing work
• Ability to follow SOPs, Safety/security protocols, and compliance regulations.
• Work in Shift & own the responsibility to report tracking & report circulation.
• Lead a nationally significant railway project with transformative potential.
