About the Role
Saudi Lebanese Factories For Chocolate & Confectionery LTD is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator in Jeddah to support daily warehouse operations for raw materials and packaging. The role involves receiving, storing, issuing materials, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Assist in unloading and receiving raw materials and packaging materials
- Check quantities, labels, and condition of materials against delivery documents
- Store materials according to defined locations, storage conditions, and allergen segregation rules
- Handle materials carefully to avoid contamination, damage, or spillage
- Assist in stock counting, cycle counts, and inventory checks
- Ensure materials are picked and issued based on FIFO/FEFO principles
- Monitor and record temperature and humidity levels
- Prepare and stage raw materials for production as per instructions
- Follow hygiene and food safety procedures in line with SFDA and HACCP requirements
- Maintain basic records such as receiving logs, stock movement forms, and batch tracking
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training is a plus)
- 1 3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in food or FMCG industry
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and material handling

Job Summary
- Supports daily warehouse operations related to receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials and packaging materials for chocolate production
- Ensures proper handling under controlled conditions, accurate stock movement, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Strictly focused on raw material handling and internal supply to production
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in unloading and receiving raw materials and packaging materials
- Check quantities, labels, and basic condition of materials against delivery documents
- Support segregation and proper placement of materials in designated storage areas
- Store materials according to defined locations, storage conditions, and allergen segregation rules
- Handle materials carefully to avoid contamination, damage, or spillage
- Follow proper palletizing, stacking, and labeling practices
- Assist in stock counting, cycle counts, and inventory checks
- Support updating stock records in ERP systems
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the supervisor
- Ensure materials are picked and issued based on FIFO/FEFO principles
- Identify and report near expiry or expired materials
- Follow required storage conditions and monitor temperature and humidity levels
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training is a plus)
- 1–3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in food or FMCG industry
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and material handling
