Warehouse Controller

Role Description

Core Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to reconcile stock and support order fulfillment.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows.
• Prepare reports, identify process improvements, maintain safety and quality standards, and support audits and inspections.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in a medical supplies warehouse.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking inventory accuracy, interpreting data, and identifying operational issues.
• Finance-related skills for stock valuation, reconciliation, and coordination with accounting.
• Effective communication skills for working with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Supply chain management skills for inbound and outbound flows, demand planning, and timely deliveries.
• Operations management skills for overseeing warehouse activities and maintaining safety and compliance.
• Relevant warehouse or inventory control experience in healthcare or medical devices is beneficial.
• Proficiency with WMS, ERP software, and basic Microsoft Office tools is preferred.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks and follow health and safety regulations.

Work Location
