Role Description
The Warehouse Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah according to the role description.
The position oversees daily warehouse operations for medical products.
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to reconcile stock and support order fulfillment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows.
- Prepare reports, identify process improvements, maintain safety and quality standards, and support audits and inspections.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in a medical supplies warehouse.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking inventory accuracy, interpreting data, and identifying operational issues.
- Finance-related skills for stock valuation, reconciliation, and coordination with accounting.
- Effective communication skills for working with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Supply chain management skills for inbound and outbound flows, demand planning, and timely deliveries.
- Operations management skills for overseeing warehouse activities and maintaining safety and compliance.
- Relevant warehouse or inventory control experience in healthcare or medical devices is beneficial.
- Proficiency with WMS, ERP software, and basic Microsoft Office tools is preferred.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks and follow health and safety regulations.
