The Warehouse Associate supports daily operations by accurately receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. They maintain inventory, prepare and fulfill orders, and keep the warehouse safe and efficient. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team to meet production and shipping deadlines.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments and materials.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer or production orders for manufacturing or shipment.
Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Perform regular cycle counts and support inventory audits.
Label and store products according to FIFO, safety, and quality standards.
Use warehouse management systems to track and record inventory movements.
Assist with shipping documentation and labeling as required.
Fulfill and ship orders on time with a high degree of accuracy.
Understand and follow warehouse procedures, standards and company policies.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support efficient operations.
Take initiative to identify process improvements and support in implementation.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
